Updated review We've been coming here for quite a while now, and I wanted to update my review because this place continues to impress us. Whether we're stopping in for a meal or just taking a drive out to relax with a couple of drinks on the deck while watching the planes, we're always made to feel welcome. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and provides excellent service every visit. Service and food were lacking. Wait staff were polite. It took a while to get appetizers, salads and food. Food was not what the menu described. Pasta dish stated linguine on menu and was served spaghetti. Shrimp were overcooked and dry. Had to ask for bread even though it stated it was served with bread. Then the bread came out when we were half done with our meal and was basically a piece of toast. Felt more like it was a half ass attempt to be a nice restaurant. Had dinner here tonight with my brother, everything was great! The food was delicious, I had the crab stuffed shrimp and my brother had the jumbo shrimp in white wine and butter, the salads were fresh and the vegetables were perfect! The service was also outstanding! I would highly recommend giving this place a try!
This place was great. Elk burger and battered fries were perfect. I will definitely be coming back.
