The New Well is awesome...simple as that!! When you sign up its not just for exercise, tranquility/ relaxation room, one on one counseling & accountability, & a custom nutrition plan! You will also recieve an education and a lifestyle of health & wellness for you and your family that lasts a lifetime! Not to mention the staff will knock your socks off and the fun you will have with all the wonderful ladies on the exercise circuit! Cant say enough so LIKE THE NEW WELL! ! :)
Ive never felt so supported in any other weight loss attempts before. It always felt like I was all alone but it's not that way at the new well!! The love and support is AMAZING!!
