I love the folks at the New Well! They are supportive and very knowledgeable about all things pertaining to weight loss. I love that they encourage and advise and celebrate each little step along the way! I feel like they have become like family in the year I have been going and I am so thankful for all they have done as I continue on this journey to wellness!

It is a 2 year commitment at 80 bucks a frigging month and NO you cannot get out of your Contract. They pulled that much money for a full year even without me going and having moved to Medford (didn't really care to go to the medford new well - not the same as grants pass.) Now if you're looking for something that you KNOW with all of your heart you'll stick to it for 2 years - nutrition counseling/support and 3 days a week working out in their gym circuit- then do it. I love everyone at the New Well! Mom and I have been members nearly 3 years now :) Everyone is so supportive and kind. We just love it there :)
I've lost 70lbs since starting the new well program, 11 months ago. The staff is supportive and the eating plans with the workout circuit have helped me succeed better than any other program.
I love the New Well. It worked around my schedule and everyone is amazingly friendly and supportive. We are blessed to have our team captains for this BIGGEST WINNER contest ( I love you Amanda). But beyond that we are learning and helping each other. Thank You
