I do not recommend banking at NWSB. The Charlestown location is staffed with very friendly people who are as helpful as they can be. NWSB capabilities are years behind pretty much every other bank. No direct bank to bank transfer unless you sign up for automatic bill pay, their mobile app borders on useless with broken features, NWSB will not work with many common mobile and online payment methods and direct deposits are very slow to show up into your account. I regret opening this account and will close ASAP.
It's a nice local bank. FDIC insured. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. I got a good rate on a truck loan here recently, but I usually drop the payment in the night box once a month. Very convenient
Very unprofessional service. I went to go and get some money and Brittany was the employee who was trying to help me.But didn’t was very unprofessional,unpleasant and very rude I would not go to this location.
One of the best banks , I have ever had the opportunity to do banking with.
