Hellbender is an absolute gem in Blowing Rock! My husband ordered the Pork Ramen bowl - he said, “By far, it had the most depth and flavor of anything I’ve ever tasted”. I had the Adult Grilled Cheese Sandwich - if you are looking for fresh, healthy, and local goodness, then order this! First time at this location. The Service was Amazing. Ask for Desi. Food was good service was better. Had a great time.
Ate there for a brunch spot, have not found a good breakfast restaurant in Boone yet, so give this a try. Our waiter took our drinks, then proceeded to avoid us for 25 minutes. There was nothing special about the menu, so I ordered the BLT without tomato or avocado. Our food took 35 minutes to get to our table.
