I came to complete all my pre op tests on a Saturday which occurred because they scheduled them all at once to minimize disruption from my work week. This was very convenient and efficient. The staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was here, explained every test, and we are super pleasant. Christina and Jose are so calm and friendly that my mind was at ease.
On a good day can be very pleasant. On other days very matter of fact and judgment. Not all overweighted people are lazy and do not try.
