They definitely used relaxer on my 5 year old daughter’s hair. I went there to get her hair blown out for her VPK graduation. My daughter has naturally soft & curly hair. A week after this, she went to the beach & got her hair wet. Only the ends curled up. & now, after multiple washes, her hair is still completely straight around the edges & the middle! Horrible experience, asked for a trim and got 4 inches cut off. Left hair dye in my hair for A whole hour , took 4 hours for a black dye with trim and blow dry as the lady doing my hair Left me sitting with dye while she worked on someone else so the owner could sit and talk to friends. They also don’t speak English to communicating was very hard. Went here thinking I could trust the Spanish community with my curls and I completely regret it. Left my appointment in tears, don’t recommend!
