I wrote a review several years ago when someone I know moved there and got off to a rough start, at least financially speaking. In all fairness, it is time for an update. The financial situation resolved itself, as NLM management said it would. My friend still lives there (about 4 years now, I think). He's a very smart guy, and he likes the daily programs.
