RecommendedWe booked a tri-toon and jet-ski for my daughter's 5th birthday on the lake. Prior to arrival, I received a call from Lake Conroe Rentals advising me that the winds were high, and the waters were choppy. They couldn't in good conscious let us out on the jet-ski and recommended we either cancel or rebook. We went out on the boat and had a blast, and was refunded the full jet-ski rate. Rented a pontoon yesterday morning and had a great experience! Can’t wait to do it again! Web page was easy to navigate and book our reservation
We were given a faulty boat that immediately had issues by taking in too much water. We lost an hour and half of our time. Not only did the owner charge us for the entire 4 hour duration but he charged $300 on top of it because he’s believed we damaged the boat which was not the case. It was faulty from the get go. We called numerous times about it. After the third call they finally came out. I HIGHLY suggest no one rents from this business. He won’t answer our call either. Unprofessional and a coward.

Amazing times. The family had a blast. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
Save your money or look at a competitor. Rented a speedboat that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Spiders and cobwebs all over the boat and in the compartments as well as huge live roaches. Bimini top torn and nonfunctional put my little ones without shade the whole time. Algae all on the sides of the boat as well. No reparations offered by staff when we brought the boat back and mentioned these travesties. Unreal.
We take an annual family trip to Lake Conroe. Thus far, we have switched boat rental companies every year. That will not be the case next year. We found the best boat rental company on Lake Conroe. Excellent boats, superb customer service and convenient location. I highly recommend.
