I called to get a dye put in my hair and I was gonna go home and wash it out myself and get braids. She hung up the phone because I just wanted to dye my hair.

Horrible. I went to wash my hair and the lady dug her long fingernails into my scalp bruising it. I am no expert but you must use the pads of your fingers to massage the scalp but she took pleasure in scraping my scalp. Would not recommend.
Got highlights done in June and i had to chop all my hair off due to badly burned and damaged. Not cool at all.
Great customer service, and they made my wife's hair look really nice. very profesional staff over there. My wife said she has found a new hair salon.
