The skin screenings I received here were more thorough than Forefront but my appointment was at 9:15 and it’s now 9:52 and I have not been called back. It’s unacceptable to be running 42 minutes late at 9 am.

I was referred by my provider. After my initial appointment, I asked for an estimate of the cost to proceed with the services needed. The costs were reasonable and within my financial constraints. I made the appointment and had the services done. When I received the bill, it was for much more than the estimate I was given. When I called for an explanation, I was told the estimates I was given were for Self Pay and not the cost I would incur if I had insurance. The cost was far more than I expected.
