I recently had an appointment here. They mostly have a lot of PAs working (Physician assistants) and I would’ve preferred to see an actual Derm if I would’ve known ahead of time. Anyway, the PA seemed so so rushed with my appointment I almost wanted to ask if I should come back at another time or something. Also, her recommendations were terrible.

Cannot sufficiently express dissatisfaction with Dr Kevan Lewis. He is unprofessional, uncaring, and condescending. Go any where else before going here.

Highly dissatisfied with the outcome of my visit, which lasted less than five minutes. A cursory look at the area of concern, based on my primary physicians recommendation, ended with “put some Vaseline on it.” He never used any equipment to enhance visual inspection, but simply quickly looked at the area with a glance. Normally, wait times aren’t too long but today I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. No explanation. No apology. A one minute appointment to remove stitches. It seems they could have squeezed me in much sooner or at least given a reasonable explanation why that didn’t happen. I got a call from an administrator with a sincere apology for what happened. I feel much better after our conversation. Changing my rating as a result.
