I have had the unfortunate experience of owning a property next to a rental that Mary and Jim Ellis for which Mary and Jim Ellis are the property managers. Mary is rude and incompetent as a property manager. Mary has requested that neighboring home owners “call an electrician” for a property she collects rent on to address an issue with a tenant installing a commercial spot light.
