I emailed the Banister dealer to configure my car and asked Mr. Robert for the price of the Jeep I built. He sent an invoice for $66,500, and we scheduled a meeting for Saturday at 12:00 PM to discuss the details. Avoid at all costs! I should have known the service dept was an old fashioned scam, charging for stuff that did not need to be done, when they "added on" a cabin air filter" change when I replaced it myself a few months ago. I went back to have the condensate line cleared, which the mechanic clearly DID NOT DO, and they wanted to charge me 200 dollars for a "diagnositic". This place is honorless and does subpar work. We got a brand new Durango. Caleb was awesome!! The dealership was clean and the whole sales crew is super friendly! They also have a great service department.
