I haven't had any issue with service or treatment, however, Neuse puts a clause in their contract that says they can raise your annual renewal fee to whatever they want starting the 3rd year. The sales rep will state it different, but the contract says Neuse reserves the right to alter the "annual extension charge" for any renewal term which constitutes the third year or any later year of the contract. Rude! Do NOT waste your money!!! We specifically asked for a wood destroying inspection. However, the inspector came out and stayed for 5 mins and failed our home after obviously not doing his job. We already passed inspection a few months prior and requested to have a wood destroying report done.When I called to find out why it was not done I spoke with ****** who in turn let me speak with Manager **** who over talked me and basically did not tell me what I wanted to know then he hung up on me.
