Called another company and they never called bank. Called The Neuse and they set me up for service immediately!
The Neuse treats multiple of my properties. The techs are nice and thorough. The administration is also nice and organized. They also retreat an area for free if you have an issue between services. I highly recommend them!
Some inspectors are quite good but some are not that careful. Also, very very bad administration. Rush for the report to close a house. Paid the day of inspection, payment cleared next day. 7 days later still no report! and finally missed my date to submit the inspection report. Complained to the customer service with not even an apologize. Still waiting for the report. gee...find some place which can send the report sooner if you are in a rush.
