When I was assigned to this practice I was worried by the reviews. However my experience has been the complete opposite. I haven’t even had issues with the office staff or scheduling team like many commented previously. Absolutely the WORST MEDICAL CLINIC IN SAN DIEGO..DON'T GO. FIND ANYONE ELSE. TOTAL AND COMPLETE INCOMPETENTENCE ON ALL LEVELS.
Things just don’t go well with the office staff here. I like the doctor, but it is very frustrating to try to work with the staff. Every time you call you will be told that they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. I don’t know how they can say that when every day they apparently are experiencing higher than normal call volumes. If you experience higher than normal volume daily, then normal would continue to increase so therefore eventually higher call volumes would be normal. It just seems to me they don’t want... read more
Making a follow up appointment was not easy! The wait time was ridiculous and when you finally do get through it takes an additional 15 minutes to book the appointment. I was asked the same question “is this a follow up appointment?” 5 times. Their first available appointment was 2 months out unless I wanted to drive from Escondido to Otay, during rush hour traffic. Do not go here. They completely forgot about me and when I showed up for my neurology follow up decided to finally tell me the MD my appt was with is in Atlanta. When I asked if this happens often I got major attitude from the front desk. Billing is terrible as well. I’m trying to find somewhere else.
