I have had absolutely no problems with the staff or doctors at this facility. Everyone is warm and welcoming. I have seen 2 different doctors here and had multiple testing done with complete ease.
I saw these reviews and wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Cause some people can be so mean with leaving a review. However, I now agree with leaving a 1 star. I’ve worked in medical offices before and understand certain schedules, etc. I also understand that Drs can have an off day and to give grace. I had by far my worst medical experience at this location with Julia McKeehan NP. I was originally given an appointment with her for an EEG directed by my primary care doctor. She was extremely unprofessional and almost condescending. The first visit I ended up getting up and walking out of. Came back and had the EGG with a different practitioner. Followed up with Julia again recently. I was questioned about my personal life completely off topic of my EEG and given false information I had to correct her on. This woman should... read more
I’m a stroke event survivor referred to the Neuron Clinic. For two years I haven’t been able to receive a viable treatment program. They failed to receive my medical records from Tri-City and my bloodwork from my primary and all my imaging. I have shown up to two scheduled appointments in the past three months and haven’t been seen. In the brief experiences that I was there, Ana just prescribed Lexapro and attempted to refer me to mental health. Well done.
