This is my 2nd visit. Jan was most pleasant at the front desk. I needed some testing done and Scott did a great job throughly explaining everything and walking me through each step and made me feel very comfortable and not stressed. We had some small talk going on about my manageri of animals so of course that is calming. So thanks Scott for a job well done.
As a doctor, he is excellent. The office staff and SCHEDULING is the down fall. Things had greatly improved this last year but my husband’s recent appointment took well over two hours. Add travel time to and from Inverness and that’s a long day. It’s a shame that he doesn’t do something about this very important part of his business.
This place is grossly mismanaged! Total lack of patient care and safety.
I have been going to this office for years, and it has only gotten worse. How is it that they schedule an appointment first thing in the morning, but Jacome won't even be there until 10am? Or your appointment is at 3pm but you find out that he went home at 2pm? Nobody even calls to let you know he will be late or leaving, so you end up sitting and waiting over an hour before you're even seen, if you are seen. Been here 3 times every time wait is an hour!!or more if you don't make a stink! Office is freezing cold for every patient who walks in. Got no explanation or understanding why I was there. Tried to change meds after one visit without knowing her history! Idk what's going on at this place and I still have a sound mind. Guess that's what they count on.
