I have been going to this office for years, and it has only gotten worse. How is it that they schedule an appointment first thing in the morning, but Jacome won't even be there until 10am? Or your appointment is at 3pm but you find out that he went home at 2pm? Nobody even calls to let you know he will be late or leaving, so you end up sitting and waiting over an hour before you're even seen, if you are seen. Been here 3 times every time wait is an hour!!or more if you don't make a stink! Office is freezing cold for every patient who walks in. Got no explanation or understanding why I was there. Tried to change meds after one visit without knowing her history! Idk what's going on at this place and I still have a sound mind. Guess that's what they count on.
I've had three appointments with Dr. Jacome and after arriving 15 minutes early for every appointment I had too wait an additional hour + to be seen. He was not thorough in explaining the results of my tests, etc.
Yes we had to wait but when you met Dr. He sat talked to you, listened to you, explained everything to you until everyone understood. Felt like he really cared and would be involved with us on this journey. Well worth the wait!
The Dr takes his time and does not rush his patients ,I don't care how long I halft to wait when it comes to my health!!
