Everyone is literally posting a 0-1. Don't know ow how they are showing a 3 star. I can confirm 1 star service and specialty care. I had to ask my n insurance to go to USC, bc I am in a wheel chair with seizure and they say nothing is wrong. When at USC I may need surgery to protect my current shifty state. All bc for the last 2 years they said nothing was wrong!
I dont know where to begin with this place! From day one I should've gone with my instincts. Miscommunication with everyone. Some nurses and assistant are rude and have attitudes. Don't waste your time here like we did.

Did wait over 20 mins for a rep to finally call me back, but she got me an appointment within this week (they were filled until january) because of my ambulatory referral. So she’s a real one for that. Might be different for everyone but i did enjoy the call and appreciate the rep squeezing me in.
