I went in back in March for muscle soreness, and not only did the front desk and medical assistants lie when they said they’d send me the paperwork, fax my PET scan information, and find the right pharmacy that carries my medication — but I was also diagnosed with an autoimmune-related neuromuscular condition by a nurse, not even by the doctor in person. The doctor barely spoke to me at all. They didn’t do anything they promised, and there was no follow-up whatsoever. This place needs to be investigated for patient abuse. Pl... read more

Save yourself the headache,it’s useless coming to this location, for one the people upfront are very rude,they treat u like if they are annoyed by you! Today my grandpa had an appointment with doctor. Ling zhang she walked us in to a small room she had my grandpa walk back and fourth 2 times she said touch ur nose and had him stretch his arms up and down 2 times, she then said ok you look fine,she tried to schedule him for a follow up nxt year… I IMMEDIATELY REFUSED future appointments in this location,I asked her to please ... read more

Don't waste your time. By far the worse medical practice I have ever been to. I cannot understand how they stay in business. They take over five months to get an appointment then cancel it on you the week of the appointment with no availability for a rescheduling. The doctor has no compassion, manners , no skill and obviously no time to care for his patience.

Front office ladies were nice and out going, they prescribed me meds and meds where never sent to the pharmacy, called to let them know and all they did was note it down, still meds never sent to pharmacy. The doctor diagnosed ne with something that was already told I have and seem not to listen that my treatment wasn't working. Not happy with continuing going here. Will be looking for another doctor to go to

The nurses here were extremely rude. This was my first time coming, and after sitting there for an hour, they told me I couldn’t do my check-up today because I hadn’t signed in. Why didn’t they tell me that when I first walked in? What made me even angrier was that when the nurse realized I hadn’t signed in, she kept asking me why I didn’t sign in—for three whole minutes—without offering any solution!
