My husband and I have been going to the Neurology Group for probably 10 years and have NEVER had a problem. I started with Dr. McHarg and then started going to Elana along with my husband. She is always on time, asks questions, listens to my questions, and has been nothing but helpful and kind. I would highly recommend her!
My 24 yr old daughter, who is also a licensed Nurse, waited 7 months for an appointment with Malcolm McHarg and after paying our $80 copay, he started off the appointment NOT having her MRI That was just done in feb and our family Doctor the fight for.. The office never reached out to us Because we can access it in her online portal, apparently they can't. Have been seeing Elena for over a decade now. She is great.
So disappointed in the evaluation I received from Dr Brock. She was entirely uninterested and seemed jaded by the process. I had to drive the conversation during the appointment, actually having to insist that she hear my family history of aneurisms and migraine attacks. When I tried to discuss the patterns I’ve noticed around the timing of my ocular migraines and my menstrual cycle, she dismissed me and told me to see a gynecologist.
