I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this neurology office. There have been ongoing issues with delays, lack of follow-through, and poor communication from both the administrative staff and the care team. Time-sensitive treatment was significantly delayed due to what appeared to be incorrectly handled referrals and insurance authorizations. Came here to see a Pediatric Neurologist for my 15yo son. Dr. James Collen was amazing and attentive. Dr. Collen took his time to ask questions and hear my answers. The appointment did not feel rushed at all. 10/10 would recommend

I was a little skeptical because of the negative reviews, I had no choice because this is where I was referred to. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Samer was helpful and listened to my concerns. I'm so glad I was referred to this office.
