Took a family member in to a follow up appt, waited an hour and a half before we were taken to the back, with no explanation. Dr came in, asked us why we were there, and who referred us. After explaining, he pulled up the record and mumbled to himself while he read it. Then he turned around and told us why she had a stroke. We already knew that. If i could i would give this place no stars. Useless front desk as well as Brenda. I called to let them know i was running late. They let me know it was ok. Just to show up and have my appointment rescheduled. Saying “no one was ever notified “. Whats the point of gaving a call center when messages arent even forwarded over. Extremely upset.

I really wanted to like this place because the doctors themselves are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been consistently frustrating. I’ve had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time on multiple occasions, which shows a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. What’s worse is the poor communication from the staff—there’s no update or explanation while you’re waiting, and no one seems in a rush to help. Absolutely the worst clinic experience ever. They canceled on me twice in a row while I was already on my way—not once, but twice! If they had the decency to notify me a few days earlier, I wouldn’t have wasted my time or lost money taking time off work. Instead, they pull a last-minute cancellation and expect a simple ‘sorry’ to fix it? Pathetic. What’s worse?
