Came here to see a Pediatric Neurologist for my 15yo son. Dr. James Collen was amazing and attentive. Dr. Collen took his time to ask questions and hear my answers. The appointment did not feel rushed at all. 10/10 would recommend

I was a little skeptical because of the negative reviews, I had no choice because this is where I was referred to. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Samer was helpful and listened to my concerns. I'm so glad I was referred to this office.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience. I’ve taken my disabled mother to this office several times, and the wait time is consistently over an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time. Her follow-up for test results was canceled twice, delaying care by nearly five months. The front desk staff have been rude and unprofessional during multiple visits. If you plan on dying then I suggest going here. Never got any updates on my eeg and when I did it was dry. I went to mexico to get a third opinion done and the doctor said I should be on a higher dosage due to my weight and height. Yet these people have me as their lab rat. Trying out different dosages instead of what I need. Ironically I had a seizure when I called to reschedule my appointment and they did change my schedule but basically left me to die on the phone and hung up.

Will ask for a 2nd opinion. Staff needs training to deal with patients and help instead of complaining .
