On today, April 28, 2026, I took my mother to the Neurology Group to obtain a copy of her medical records and specifically an MRA and MRI conducted at the behest of a doctor with the Neurology Group. Office personnel, Brittany, refused to provide this information, indicating that the information would be shared with my mother in June 2026. This is a violation of HIPAA, the conduct required for doctors pursuant to the CA Medical Board and her rights as a patient.
