I wish I had seen these reviews before going to the Pomona office. Worst staff ever. Very unprofessional. I was taking my elderly mother to do some test and they where so rude to me. When they called for my mother, Brenda said I could not go back there and was very rude. I told them to cancel the appointmentif she is treating me like that I don't want them treating my elderly mother who can't defend herself go in a room with her. This office is a joke. Request a different doctor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disorganized office. Called 2 weeks prior to make sure my cat scan was there for the doctor. 1 day before appt. get a call from staff asking about cat scan. I reiterate that someone dropped the ball. they said they would get the CT. Phone call from Dr. Puja Mathur, MD. She is exasperated, sighs throughout whole phone call. Was irritated and combative because her office did not provide her with the CTscan. Asked me to go through everything I do. She asks me again for the same info. Sighs again... read more

Dont come to this facility!! Poor service. Hard to call and NO follow up. Dont call back or returning a call. I did my MRI 3 weeks ago and no result yet. I've been calling them but no answer. I CALLED THE IMAGING COMPANY THEY SAID THEY SEND MY RESULTS 2 WEEKS AGO. BUT STILL NO REPLY FROM THIS FACILITY. YOUR CALL WILL GO TO A CALL CENTER AND YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM THEM EVEN IF YOU CALL. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, INSURANCE AND MONEY IN THIS FACILITY.

I feel the doctors are great. What I feel is really horrible is the staff. They don't answer the phone, you are on hold for hours, they don't return your calls.
