Well went in September when having nerve issues. Finally got test done in December, after waiting an hour past my appointment time. Now today had telemedicine follow up for results in January. Not only did they charge me the day before, but now I’m sitting on hold and a finally a call almost 30 minutes after appointment was supposed to start.
I had a great experience at the pomona location , unfortunately the upland location i had a poor experience and the doctor yelled at my young daughters for crying... so we switched to the male doctor.( the staff was super nice tho! ) But for the pomona location, they have been so sweet and kind.
You won't get help here.
They have been very resourceful to me.
