Th staff is incredible. The Neurology Center is fresh and modern. I travel from out of state to remain a patient of Dr. Lobatz!

I GOT A REFERRAL FROM SCRIPPS COASTAL TO GO HERE. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THRU ON THE PHONE, THEY SAID I'D HAVE TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THEY SAID A DOCTOR WOULD HAVE TO REVIEW MY CASE AND GET BACK TO ME. 5 DAYS LATER AND NO ONE HAS CALLED. I'VE CALLED 5 TIMES AND STILL NO CALL RETURNED, EVEN ON THE DOCTOR'S LINE. NOW I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER SPECIALIST ON MY OWN. THIS PLACE IS A CORPORATE MONOPOLY. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!
We are new to this office, and so far are not impressed. Getting a return phone call is almost non existent..and questions about prescriptions almost non existent. Thinking of changing after only one doctor office appointment.
