Got to start out by saying that I am really surprised at how bad the service is I got from the Carlsbad tester Roxanne. -- Three messages left with a very simple request to give me the names of a few of the tests I took. Zero response over several weeks. There ended up being no excuses for her absence of responding. Wow. Next, there is Dr. Alasantro.who at first was fine....
