I called to look into scheduling a sleep study for a family member and the person who answered the phone was abrupt, short and interrupted me. She rudely interrupted me and said the individual had to be referred by their doctor. When I said, I believed they had been, before I could get the words out, she asked for date of birth . The staff is pretty cordial, but no matter if you need a CPAP or not, they will do everything possible to sell you one. They are there to make money and they are very good at it.
