I have been going to the Neurological Institute with multiple problems since August - all employees, whether front desk, nurses, technicians, schedulers and the doctors have been great! Methodical in their tests and treatments, they listen and answer questions, and are helpful and pleasant whether in person or giving them a call. I have never felt rushed and am treated with respect. Thank you to all who do a great job!
I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I have had nothing but professional and kind treatment here. Currently both my husband and myself are under Dr.Salbergs care for entirely different problems. He was my mother’s neurologist after her head injury and also my brother has seen him. Couldn’t ask for better care in this region.
Awful practice they will send u to collections WITHOUT notice as well as run tests for no reason
Nothing but a run around. I have sleep apnea, had 2 sleep studies with them that were BOTH horrible. Last 1 I told them I wasn't getting enough air & they did nothing about it. Today I pick up my new machine, titrated at the LOWEST setting!!!! My previous machine was titrated at 2x this setting. (I got that 1 when I lived in Illinois) They tell me they cant change it til I see the Dr. I dont EVER want to go back there nor would I recommend them. Dr. Cristea is the most amazing down to earth specialty doctor I have ever had. I have had MS for 15 years. It can be scary because you never know if you will have a flare up and how vad it will be. He listens to his patients. He addresses your concerns with optimism. He's not arrogant he makes you believe yoh can stay healthy . I reccomend home to anyone that speak s to me that us looking for a neurologist who doesn't intimidate you . He is one hell of a doctor and I would give him 5 stars everyday of the week and twice on ... read more
