I had an evaluation here and was very pleased with the process. Because of my own positive experience, when my son needed an evaluation I also brought him here. It also went well and was a good experience. The reason for the one star review is this: I brought my daughter here for a similar evaluation (I’d say a year or so after our last visit for my son). I spent over an hour trying to input my information. I input my insurance information and it shows in my account. When I tried to schedule an appointment, their system requested my insurance info again. It just kept looping around and around asking the same questions. But here is the kicker. When you call, their system says they'll return your call in 3 or 4 days. Seriously? 3-4 days? I tried to call and amazingly someone answered.
