SCAM!!! Receptionist is running a con!! She will call and tell you to pay out of pocket, over $300 if you want to get your assessment. She assures you that you will get an automatic refund as soon as the insurance claim is processed. The refund never came after repeated emails and phone messages. I was unable to contact anyone but receptionist and she quit responding or answering the phone to me. I spent over an hour trying to input my information. I input my insurance information and it shows in my account. When I tried to schedule an appointment, their system requested my insurance info again. It just kept looping around and around asking the same questions. But here is the kicker. When you call, their system says they'll return your call in 3 or 4 days. Seriously? 3-4 days? I tried to call and amazingly someone answered. My experience with The Neurodiversity Clinic has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I would advise prospective patients to explore alternative providers. My wife and I initiated the onboarding process for our son, which required us to dedicate several hours to completing extensive admission and assessment documentation.
