I had genuine hope I’d find answers only to walk out with more questions. Should’ve known something was up with the overseas out-sourced clinicians and remote testing offering. During the post session, the so-called “Dr. Tramontono” gave me someone else’s results. Beyond the blatant HIPPA violation that that is, his callous delivery of false information left me reeling. I needed to get an ASD diagnosis for my son who has a ADD/ ODD. I was referred to this facility to get the evaluation done. I had an initial appointment set for the 14th which I logged on to the virtual call waited 14 minutes to get a phone call that said that the person who was supposed to do it all of a sudden had an emergency and I was being transferred to somebody else. I wish I read reviews before starting the process. I don’t write reviews, but this place is horrific. I set an appointment for my son. They made sure I had a phone call explaining every cost I would incur. I got it in email form as well as a phone call. I scheduled appointments. Went to appointments. When my son was doing his brain mapping appointment, he came out early and they said the machine went down. They made sure to charge me full price on top of insurance. Such a shame there's only bad reviews, I went in today for my autism ADOS testing and Genesis made it incredibly easy and simple, it was nothing short of a absolute joy. Thank you so much! :)
