This is one of those organizations that doesn’t even deserve the mandatory one star. My young son became a patient here when we switched insurance and the new insurance had them listed as doing pediatric neuropsych evaluations and having an office in Voorhees (South Jersey near our home), their impressive, self congratulatory website also has a listed location in Voorhees. Buyer beware - NCBI claims to treat dyslexia, but they do not. They offer speech instead, which is not the recommended remedy for dyslexia. They will also bill $200 for 5 minute phone calls as "consultations". I'm afraid this company is an insurance billing mill.
The most unorganized group I've ever dealt with. After being on waiting lists for my son for years with reputable offices I was excited when I granted an appointment here with barely a wait time - now I understand why! They outsourced their scheduling/billing/Etc to another country (which they don't seem to understand the concept of a child being in school during the day or having activities later in the afternoon on certain days), they make up a schedule and then charge you cancelation fees when you didn't even approve of d... read more
This was literally the rudest and most disorganized facility I have ever worked with. The entire scheduling team is abroad which makes it very difficult , and the doctor was incredibly rude. So disappointing.
Front office staff are unresponsive, difficult to understand, disorganized, and completely lack a sense of urgency. Have been waiting over a month to make an in person appointment. Staff never advocated or communicated insurance status allowing precious time to lapse. Meanwhile, my daughter is struggling. I would not recommend.
