This place is awful. They kept on scheduling appointments that I never confirmed. Then, I received a phone call about an appointment that I couldn't make that they already scheduled. The women got mad and said she was canceling all my appointments and hung up on me.
Believe all of the reviews that point out how terrible the scheduling and follow up of this place is. I had been referred here for an assessment by my Nurse Practitioner with suspected ADHD. I completed the intake, provided my insurance, and agreed to testing sessions recommended for my particular background except for the brain mapping, which wasn’t covered by my insurance. I promise this isn’t just some one off bad experiment with some crazy patient. This genuinely was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any institution. Imagine getting prescribed a drug in which you can never contact your nurse or doctor, even when you need a new refill but you’re stuck withdrawing from said medication. I went to see them as an adult for potential adhd. Everything was covered by insurance and staff were fantastic. The analysis was thorough and specifically identified the areas I had trouble processing information. This led to me getting the correct therapy for myself which has been life changing.
