I went to Tyler Nuro care about nine months ago with my 10-year-old son. I was hopeful based on her training and affiliations that not only would she help my son but that she might be a great referral source as I am in private practice. Scammers beware!!! I payed a full session for my daughter over 2k, as I’m a desperate mom in need of trying to help her. Stephanie became unavailable after December, after only providing one session ( out of the 20 prepaid). She sent a message on January to the secondary phone on record ( my husband’s phone) stating that she had changed her phone number from Hawaii. I called that number and is not a working number. I have left her multiple messages and she never contacted me back. This is predatory behavior. Please beware!
0 stars if possible Called, messaged on website, asked a friend who did have an appointment with her to mention I was waiting from a response from her. Her response indicated she wasn’t concerned with returning calls, texts, messages.
