My Dad's email started crashing and I was clueless on how to fix it. I called Brian and he jumped right on it. He came TO THE HOUSE and fixed everything onsite. Price was very affordable and the computer is running great. Thanks for the excellent service Brian!!
My computer failed to boot. It also had another problem. When I entered a website, it did not allow me to go to the next portion of the website. The Net Medic replaced my power supply and deleted some software that I no longer use or should be using. The computer now is working without problems and with a faster response. Thanks Brian
