The room floor is dusty, the air-con although was set to the lowest 18 degree, still not cold and it was on and off after few minutes, overall the room temperature was warm, hence unable to sleep. Sometimes you just have to call a spade a spade. 1. The room is advertised as an apartment, but it's just a room measuring approx. 18 square meters. 2. Cleanliness is a real problem, and my bed linen and towels weren't changed for 12 days. You have to dispose of your own trash, and the air conditioning worked some of the time and didn't work other times. it's a matter of luck. 3. Absolutely disgusting. I am now on my second night with no power point working in the room. That means no refrigerator, no television, no charging for my phone or my hearing aids. Laptop which I need to be working on. I have spoken to the contact numerous times. Apparently my request has been escalated. Contractor and property manager. Appalling service but happy to charge top dollars. I’ll add photos at a later date as I don’t want to drain any more power from my phone. Rooms are nothing like the website. Disgusting

Good location. Bus stop right out the front. No guest car parking. Guests need to pay for street parking or paid parking at the small Secure car park across the road. There is no in-person reception/concierge available here. Guests need to call the number provided on their booking confirmation if they have any issues. Double check you have the correct pin code for the front entrance doors as it is different to the lock code given to retrieve your room access card. Stayed in a suite on the 3rd level.
