I been going to Rachael for at least a year or more now and I’m very satisfied with her work. I have a lot of special needs/injuries and she has a sixth sense about it. Her energy work as she massages is super helpful for me. From the moment you arrive to when you leave it’s a very calming and peaceful experience. She is also very knowledgeable in the area of the body and how it reacts to certain treatments. I highly recommend her.
Rachel is very thoughtful about where and how to apply pressure. The space is relaxing and calm.

Finding The Nest was a complete surprise and delight. It's such a comforting and calm atmosphere, and Rachel is a fantastic massage therapist. I truly feel renewed, centered, and insanely relaxed at the end of a session, and I look forward to making it part of my monthly routine.
Rachel is wonderful! My cousin recommended her and I’m so glad she did. Her space is cozy and she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She asks you where your problem areas are and tailors the massage to whatever issues you might have. I have had massages that trigger my migraines so she is always thoughtful when massaging areas around my neck so as not to trigger a migraine. She’s easy to talk to and you can tell she cares and takes pride in her work. Go see her :)
