The Nest was a haven for me while I was pregnant. I attended birth classes, a Hypnobirthing workshop, I taught prenatal Belly dance there, I hosted an essential oils class for pregnancy, post partum and babies. I love the place! Katie DeMota is such a dear woman and leader of this community who offers her whole heart to all she does for The Nest and all of the special practitioners that surround it who have amazing things to offer abounding.
