I want to give a big shout out to Shannon and Jose at The Nest At Prairie Creek , I had a wonderful privilege to DJ a Wedding there for the first time. I want to give them a big thank you. After the wedding reception, I was loading my gear up and in the confusion I left a couple of pieces of gear. I had a 3 Hour Drive home and did not realize I was missing gear until the next Wedding, which was two weeks later. Shannon and Jose are such honest people. Warning: I’ve tried contacting this venue repeatedly and have received absolutely no response. I called every day for weeks, never got a pick up or a return call to my voicemails. No reply to my email and also reached out through wedding platforms like The Knot, and again- no reply. It’s now been over a month with nothing. This level of non-communication is frustrating and unprofessional for a wedding venue. If this is due to an off-season, that should be clearly communicated through an automated reply or voicemail.
