Everyone — and I mean everyone — is very friendly and helpful. The neurologist (Dr. Hainline) is one of the best we've seen, and we (my husband and I) both have MS and have seen many neurologists. The medical students were great, too.
Not very friendly today at the check in desk. I shouldn't be treated like I'm stupid. I have a disability that is why I go to this clinic, patience at the front desk would be kinder.
Have been trying for four months to get them to send necessary information to my insurance for a voice assist device with no luck. Her prescription is about to run out. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. The providers give poor aftercare.

I was originally being seen at Presbyterian by probably the worst neurologist I've ever met. I asked to be transferred here. After one appointment for my MS, I was given a treatment plan. I was given a nurse line in case I had another relapse, I wouldn't have to go to the ER. Dr. Hainline is absolutely incredible. I already feel better than I have in years because she listened and took her time. Everyone I met for my first appointment were amazing. I actually look forward to my treatment here.
