I am beyond disappointed with the blatant lack of professionalism at Nelson Therapy Center. My daughter’s social worker referred us here, claiming this was a high-quality facility, but my experience has been the exact opposite. We have had two appointments canceled with zero direct communication; I only discovered the cancellations by checking the portal myself.
