Dr. Nelson LISTENS and CARES! She is truly the absolute best, and she has the BEST team working with her. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone is kind, helpful, and welcoming. No matter the question, they’re always happy to answer and make sure you feel informed and comfortable. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked—Dr. Nelson takes her time, truly listens, and makes you feel like a priority
Amazing establishment. Clean and everyone is so polite. Nikki was amazing.
The waiting time is horrible, at least an hour. Small waiting room. I hate they do not have a portal to email the dr a question, or look at results. I get any lab orders and go to Andersons lab. You can see the results within hours. Dr Nelson herself is great. Very knowledgeable and has helped my daughter more than the specialists. Nurses are sweet and helpful.
