I hated living here rude neighbors multiple incidents where my vehicle was damaged no notices was sent out and all of my complaints about the damage being done to my vehicle was downplayed the community director played favorites when it came to complaints if I was you I wouldn’t move here but everyone experiences are different and you can tell not everyone has carpet in their apartments like how the lease made it seem like they should.
The manager Erica is great but the managing company isn’t. The elevators are always down/out of service. Today both elevators are down so people in the fourth floor especially those who are handicapped can’t get out. When you try to call the maintaince team they always threaten to charge you a hefty fee for reporting a building maintainece issue (or any maintenance issue) after hours.

We have lived at the Neil for over a year-- it wasn't a question of whether or not to renew our lease. We LOVE it here. The property manager, Erica, is the kindest woman and she is so helpful! The amenities are awesome, maintenance is great, and I truly can't find a single complaint. Oh, and they're pet friendly!
