They have a serious mice problem that they don't seem to be interested in solving!!! Management not helpful!! Who owns this place???? Needs knew Management/owners!!!!
UPDATE: They brought in a new dedicated manager and she has been killing it! She has turned this place around, no trash in the streets, she has put up a privacy wall for packages and makes sure they are properly stored. She is very friendly, loves her job and the people at our complex. She even has various events and functions to get to know us and from what I hear is a joy to be around. Do not be fooled by the idea that this is a "smoke free" apartment complex. We can't open our windows or enjoy our balcony due to the tenant above us who continues to smoke repeatedly, filling our apartment with cigarette smoke. Then there are others who sit in their cars smoking cigars outside the front entrance filling the lobby with the smell of cigar smoke and littering the property with cigar butts. Great place to live!! Entire property is well kept and clean. Staff is very professional!! Maintenance responds fast. Periodic filter changes etc, we are notified in advance if they need access to your apartment and they always knock. It’s been a great experience living here. I read some of these other reviews. It’s a shame people embellish negatives. After being here 2 years and reading some of what people review / clearly they are not completely honest. Live with PMA and you won’t have to embellish the truth!
Nice apartment complex but unfortunately their business practices are not as pristine. If you are applying to this complex or any other Davis properties ask for their policy guide BEFORE you apply. They do not list all of the basic requirements on their website and will happily withhold them from you until you pay the application fee. This is especially important if you are not a New Jersey native.
