Wishing to stay anonymous. Rented from this property with some troubles from the landlord but nothing that upset me. Went to google reviews to see what others thought and saw she had posted her own review. In response to anyone reading the negative reviews for the Neighbors by Matthew Kenney and Julia Zayan, thus is advise any reader that I am a landlord with many, many rental properties and I am ALWAYS 100% occupied, year after year. That doesnt happen by being a bad landlord! There are strict parking policies enforced because there is limited parking for the tenants only. It's an okay place to live. The apartments themselves aren't completely worth the higher price tag but the location is nice, and you won't have to worry about plowing or shoveling. In the winter, they sometimes will plow the lots. Very strict about parking. The maintenance crew is really helpful and they were quick to resolve furniture issues at the beginning of the semester.
