I love this place. Best breakfast and cool outdoor seating under grape vines. Cash only. Worth it!
Everything here is good .. except the wait time to get your food on table is around 30 mins ..we only ordered 2 omelette and it took more than 30 mins …very slow service and staff is also not very friendly.. poorly managed.
The Cream of Wheat is crack! So delicious! The overhead grapevines begged to be picked, and when breakfast came out it was all excellent! Large portions, perfectly cooked, and some of the best home fries I've had. The staff was super friendly and made our first visit to Somerville welcoming like, family you actually want to visit.
I've been told by countless people that the cream of wheat is delicious. It was! What is not delicious, is their unbelievably apathetic attitude towards giving a customer an allergic reaction. They put down a plate of bread that was apparently complimentary because we did not ask for it. None of the waiters knew what was in the bread and I had to deliberately ask a server to go check with the chef after my friend took a bite of an innocuous looking piece and then her throat started to close up.
