Carrie and staff are wonderful! When I have something to ship they never fail to find me the least expensive way to do it! AND they’re so sweet- even during the holidays! 😁 Seriously- they actually greet you when you come inside and are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They know how to take care of stuff!!

I want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Carrie and Christina over at The Neighborhood Office in Chagrin Falls for making custom made baby shower invitations. They are really amazing.
I needed a package delivered next day and was very specific. I asked for my options and was told fed ex. I paid $40 to deliver two smallish boxes. That was a Monday morning at 10:00 am. I tracked my packages on Wednesday morning when they had not arrived and was told they would not be delivered until Thursday! Obviously not the next day service I requested. When I called neighbor office to inquire I was told that the Fed Ex system did not jive with their system. Seriously? What’s the point. Poor service all around. I will go... read more
