As a military veteran I expected a little more pride in the up keep and maintenance of property. I am ASHAMED of how it looks and most of all the lack of responsibility this company takes. Have reached out several times to have the fences repaired and better street appearance. Their response is “we do not have the funds, or it’s not our problem”. If you have any concerns or feel differently, please take a drive out and see. It’s the El Camino Real subdivision in San Marcos off of HWY-123.
TNC manages our property at Rockwall Ranch. The staff are ignorant of the Texas Property Codes and allow our POA Board if Director’s to violate the TPC and our POA ByLaws. Our POA is embroiled in a lawsuit where 3 owners are suing the POA and TNC for these failures. TNC is hiding behind indemnification and allow our BoD to fight for non-owners!!!!
