My Epson scanner isn't user friendly. I pulled my old Neat Receipts scanner out of a closet and to see if it would work. I chatted with Ronn at Neat and he walked me through the process from start to finish. Long story short....It works!
I just had the best experience with Reginald at Neat. My version of the software was way out of date and, while he patiently tried to walk me through how to delete the old and install the new, i will admit i am computer illiterate. He then took control of my computer and handled the whole thing for me while i just sat here and watched that little blue circle revolve. I love my Neat scanner and the service equals its excellence.
Alma V. helped us migrate legacy data from Neat 5.7.1 to the Neat Desktop application. She was extremely helpful. Was a bit disappointed though in that the migration process failed several times over the course of several days, so it took longer than we had hoped.
Arnold was very helpful today in case number 539345. I was calling to cancel but he talked me into staying.
