I started off barbell squatting 65lbs and deadlifting 75lbs, and I really struggled. Only a year later and my progress has just about doubled! I can now barbell squat 115lbs and deadlift 165lbs thanks to Ian's knowledge and teachings!
If you want to change your life, Ian at the natural studio can help. I trained with Ian for well over a year. Within that time I got stronger, lighter and my overall mood improved dramatically. I can’t recommended Ian enough, he changed my life as I was able to get a dream job thanks to him pushing me to be better.
