René is REALLY good, willing he is to personalize exerciese for your specific needs while still challenging you. He's encouraging without being a gym-bro, and I always leave the gym feeling like I've accomplished something. He focuses on functional fitness, which is perfect for a multi-sport person who wants to stay active till she's at least 100! I've been going to the Natural Studio for almost 3 years and can't imagine a better environment for full body strength training.
Renee is just what I was looking for in a personal trainer; knowledgeable, motivating, creative and kind. I am recovering from an injury and I trust him fully in this process of regaining strength and mobility. He immediately understood my goals and every workout is customized to meet my objectives. I highly recommend working with Renee.

I have been working with Rene for 5 years and he has really helped me with strengthening my hips and core. All of the trainers are experienced and listen to their clients. I highly recommend The Natural Studio.
I can highly recommend training at the Natural Studio, particularly to people on vacation. It is hosted by Rene who is the kindest, most open and supportive host you can imagine. This place is perfect to do intense but also relaxed workout and training, with superfine equipment taken really good care of.
