the ladies their were so helpful!!!
Our puppy was not eating his food so I stopped in last minute when they were closing and the ladies were extremely nice and helped me find the right food for him! Didn’t rush me and I appreciate all the samples to try. The first food I gave him when we came home he loved and ate the whole thing in seconds. Will definitely be back. Thank you for all the help🐾
I love this store. Everyone is EXTREMELY nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are so many healthy options to choose from for my pets and lots of fun toys. This is my favorite pet store. I love their selection and the staff.
I had a FANTASTIC time at the dog wash & meeting Mark & the rest of his family that own & run this store. Originally went here to try dog wash out for the 1st time, ended up spending about 2 hrs here this morning & Im so glad we did! The owners are soooo helpful & knowledgeable & spend alot of time explaining & suggesting different things. Only thing I regret is not coming in here way sooner!! I started shopping at The Natural Pet Enrichment Center about 6 months ago and will never shop anywhere else again except here for my pups! The owner and staff are extremely helpful, patient, kind, personable, and very knowledgeable about all products. They have even spent over 30 minutes to an hour some days with me, helping to find the right products and educating about the benefits of them. They really have everything here in one store...self-serve wash, toys, treats, dry food, raw, etc.! This place and the staff are awes... read more
