The office is super clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in! Kristen is amazing—she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right and that you leave happy. She is also very thorough with cleaning before procedures and going over after care to avoid any infections as well as making sure you heal properly! I had my first appointment here about three months ago, and now I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I love everything about natural beauty med spa! The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Kristen is literally the best! She’s very detailed and thorough with all her patients and makes sure that you are nothing but happy with your results. I drive an hour, in which I pass so many other med spas, just to go here!
Thank god I found this place! I walked into Natural Beauty today and was struck by the exceptional graciousness of staff! They were kind and helpful and welcoming. Then to be struck by Kristen's generosity. She spent over an hour with me listening and addressing every concern of mine and answered every question with poise and such knowledge! KK and her staff @ natural beauty med spa NEVER disappoint. No matter your concerns or beauty elevation goals Kristen ALWAYS gives you the best plan and executes them flawlessly! Hears you and validates your concerns. Being a physician assistant myself I recognize and appreciate her expertise. A bonus that she is the nicest most compassionate person... every conversation picks up exactly where it left off no matter how many months in between. I will not go to anyone else for my aesthetic needs. The absolute BEST OF THE BEST.
