I visited the National Opal Collection in Sydney during my trip to Australia and it was one of the most interesting places I visited. The opal museum explains very well the history of Australian opal and the mining in Lightning Ridge. The jewellery showroom is beautiful and I saw some incredible black opals and opal jewellery. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. If you are in Sydney and want to learn about Australian opal, this place is definitely worth visiting.

The National Opal Collection Sydney is the best place to learn about Australian opal and see a huge range of opal jewellery. Located on George Street in the Sydney CBD, the opal museum is very informative and the showroom has beautiful Lightning Ridge black opals, white opals and boulder opals. The staff are very knowledgeable and explain everything about opals and where they come from. If you are looking for Australian opals or opal jewellery in Sydney, this is definitely the place to visit.

最高に素晴らしい。 オーストラリアに来たら、やはりオパールをお土産に買いたいと思って来店。 日本人の優しいスタッフが居たので、いろいろ説明を受けて4点購入させてもらった。 ちゃんと誠実に良いところも悪いところも教えてくれたので安心して購入ができた。 また、税金の返金手続きの書類についても教えて貰えたので、オパールにも大満足だったしそれ以上の価値を得られた。 また、シドニーに来た時は会えたら良いなと思っている。
