I received a settlement check went to a different location they cashed a small portion of my check and then gave me a check for remainder balance. I contacted this particular bank to cash the check and got hung up on not once but twice they were very disrespectful told me the check their other branch gave me was uncashable at any of their branches . They all have cameras and yet no one can pull a camera to see conversations held. I’ve never had such disrespect from a bank in any state ever . I think they need new management ... read more

Absolutely unwilling to follow state legal statutes despite verbal assurances to the contrary, so find a credit union instead that will actually be there for you and your family in your time of need without all of the double talk and deception. I called these people repeatedly before making a decision and was told one thing and then they refused to honor what they told me. If you attempt to film the building from a sidewalk they may send a man covering his face with a firearm on his hip to intimidate you to stop.
