I have been a customer of this bank since 2009 while attending college in Indianapolis, and I even stayed with them even after college; living a hour and a half away from the nearest branch. I am quite loyal, but this month is my last month with them (it takes forever to transfer things out). And I blame myself partly, because you really do need a bank that you can visit, conveniently; and I stayed because I liked the people.. but anytime a bank in my eyes restricts your money, it isn't a bank for you.
