I luv Maggie and Sahara very good customer service and Will and the other Co-workers are nice also security always speak when u come into the bank
As far as customer service, the staff is amazing, accommodating, and very friendly. I can say that about all service locations especially the Castleton branch. HOWEVER this bank and their banking systems are extremely outdated and I wish I had known just how bad it was before I decided to open an account with Bank of Indianapolis. For instance, their ATMs are extremely old-school. You have to deposit the cash inside of an envelope and then wait up to "three" business days for somebody to hand count your money, and then depos... read more
